Felicia Hopson has over 25 years’ experience in Financial Services and Information Technology industries. Felicia earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English from Benedict College in Columbia, SC. She went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Wilmington University in
Wilmington, DE. Felicia has earned her Six Sigma, Green Belt Certification from Villanova University with a specialization in Financial Services. Felicia is pursuing her Doctorate Degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Leadership with specific focus in Servant and Transformational Leadership
Theories, from Capella University.
